Study

Here we present the scMO study, in which we performed same-cell sc-multiome on 264 individuals of the Northern Netherlands population. We collected peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) which were sequenced in an unstimulated condition or after 24 hour in vitro stimulation with C. albicans (CA) totalling 563,100 cells with joint RNA and ATAC data.
