Study

Presenting the STEMI scRNA-seq study, where we performed single-cell RNA-seq on 38 individuals of patients post-STEMI. We collected PBMCs 0-4h after hospital admission, 24h and 6-8 weeks post-STEMI. We matched these with 38 age- and sex-matched donors from the Northern-Netherlands population cohort LifeLines, totalling approximately 129,873 cells (95,995 diseased and 33,878 control).
