Raw data

Raw gene expression data is freely available and has been deposited at the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA), which is hosted by the EBI and the CRG, under accession number EGAD00001010064.
To gain access to the EGA data please fill in the DataAccessRequestForm and sign the DTA, and return this via email to m.g.p.van.der.wijst at umcg.nl.
To gain access to the genotype data, please contact Lifelines Data Management
